We will abide by the relevant legislation as described in The Food Safety Act 1990, The General Food Law Regulation (EC) 178 2002, articles 14, 16, 18 and 19 and the General Food Regulation 2004 as amended.
We are regularly audited against the British Retail Consortium Code of Practice. Many product samples are sent for pesticide analysis at a UKAS accredited laboratory.
